Sign up for e-billing and your monthly statement arrives in your inbox instead of your mailbox.
Sign up for e-billingA bill is mailed to every member each month, based on your natural gas use the previous month plus any other applicable service charges.
Ways to Pay
Credit card

At a financial institution
Pay in person at any financial institution in Alberta.
Online or electronic banking
Add Rocky Gas Co-op as a payee through your financial institution.
By mail
Send your payment by Canada Post.
At our office
Pay during office hours, or use the mail slot after hours.
Automatic withdrawal
The Rocky Gas Co-op Authorized Payment Withdrawal Plan (direct debit) takes your payment from your bank account automatically each month. To set it up, contact our office.
Charges for Service Work
Service work done for members is billed separately through an Accounts Receivable invoice. Normal collection procedures apply.
